2. What is your Return/Exchange Policy?
Sweetest-Sounds is happy to replace an audio keepsake with another selection, or refund the credit card used for its purchase.

If you are returning an audio keepsake because it is damaged, defective, or not the correct product, Sweetest-Sounds will refund original shipping costs.
Please note that for all other returns, shipping costs are not refunded.
3. Do you offer a guarantee?
Yes, at Sweetest-Sounds, we stand behind our service, our products and our customers. We offer a 15-day return policy. If, for any reason, you or your gift recipients are not completely satisfied with your gift, we'll exchange it or refund the credit card used for purchase.
